Do I pay shipping costs? Free shipping is available in Belgium from €50 and in the Netherlands from €60. For shipping in Belgium under €50, the shipping cost is €8. For shipping to the Netherlands under €50, the shipping cost is €16.50. Free collection in Stavele (8691 – Alveringem) is possible by appointment.
Can I still cancel my order? Please check this before placing your order as cancellations are not allowed. Occasionally we may allow a cancellation if you contact us within the same day, but only if the shipping label has not yet been printed.
I entered the wrong delivery address! If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still resolve it.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received anything? If your order was marked as delivered, we recommend that you first check whether the order was delivered to your neighbors. POSTNL can often accidentally scan packages as delivered early. You will also always receive a Track and Trace code from Bpost so that you can follow your package closely. If the package has still not been found, you can always contact us and we will provide a suitable solution.
