From what age are your products suitable? The recommended age varies per product. You can always find the minimum age on the product page. Always follow the indicated age guidelines.
How quickly will my order be shipped? If you order before 8:00 PM, your order will be shipped the next business day. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
What are the shipping costs? Free shipping is available in Belgium from €50 and in the Netherlands from €60. The shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Can I still cancel my order? Please check this before placing your order as cancellations are not allowed. Occasionally we may allow a cancellation if you contact us within the same day, but only if the shipping label has not yet been printed.
I entered the wrong delivery address! If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still resolve the issue.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received anything? If your order was marked as delivered, we recommend that you first check whether the order was delivered to your neighbors. POSTNL can often accidentally scan packages as delivered early. You will also always receive a Track and Trace code from Bpost so that you can follow your package closely. If the package has still not been found, you can always contact us and we will provide a suitable solution.
