At FluffSquish, we want you to enjoy your order with a smile. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order according to the conditions below.

Return period

You have the right to notify us of your order as a return within 14 calendar days of receipt. After this notification, you have another 14 calendar days to return the products.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a refund, we require that the products:

• be unused and undamaged;

• if possible, be returned in the original packaging;

• be complete, including any accessories or labels.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a reduction in value if a product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return using a service that offers track & trace. FluffSquish is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned products as soon as possible via the same payment method used for the original order.

 

Damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@fluffsquish.com and include clear photos. We will work together to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
