These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the FluffSquish webshop.

2. Offer

FluffSquish offers a carefully curated assortment of gifts, squishies, plush toys, accessories, stationery, and other lifestyle products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT. Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during checkout.

4. Ordering and payment

After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed via the payment methods offered on the webshop.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative. Delays do not automatically entitle you to compensation. Check your order upon receipt and report transport damage as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.

After your notification of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days to return the products.

Return conditions:
• products are unused and undamaged;
• if possible in the original packaging;
• adequately protected packaging.

The costs of the return shipment are entirely at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded via the same payment method. If the product has diminished in value due to use beyond what is necessary to assess it, this diminished value may be charged.

7. Warranty

You benefit from the statutory warranty in accordance with Belgian law. Report visible defects as soon as possible via info@fluffsquish.com with photos and a description.

8. Liability

FluffSquish is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of products. Always follow any safety and usage instructions.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed exclusively for the execution of your order and in accordance with the GDPR and Belgian privacy legislation.

10. Cookies

The website uses necessary and – with consent – analytical or marketing cookies to improve the user experience.

All photos, texts, designs, logos, and other content on the website are the property of FluffSquish and may not be used or copied without written permission.

12. Force Majeure

FluffSquish is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.

13. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the district where FluffSquish is established.
